Our Pistachio Liqueur follows current trends, yet reinterpreted with a Tuscan touch — the Morelli touch!
It is in fact the first liqueur created by infusing real Tuscan pistachios in alcohol.
These pistachios are grown in the province of Arezzo, where the continental climate imposes significant temperature fluctuations, giving structure and depth to the flavor of this unique dried fruit.
Product available in 20cl and 50cl formats.

PRODUCTION METHOD
TASTE
A liqueur with an initially sweet and enveloping taste, featuring an intense pistachio flavor with notes of walnut husk and dried fruit. Its flavor and versatility make it suitable for many uses: excellent served cold as an after-dinner drink, neat or on the rocks, and intriguing when mixed into delicious cocktails.
Pine Nut Liqueur

DESCRIPTION
An expression of the territory, the Pine Nut Liqueur represents the union between one of the natural excellences found in the San Rossore Park and the historical excellence of Liquorificio Morelli, operating since 1911 in the Province of Pisa.
The production process of the pine nut liqueur begins with a one-week infusion in alcohol of finely chopped pine nuts from the Park.
During this period, the alcohol extracts the essential oils and resins contained in these precious seeds.
The maceration produces a full-strength infusion with an opalescent appearance, reflecting the unique nature of this product, to which water and sugar are then added.
Product available in 20cl and 50cl formats.
APPEARANCE
Satin white in colour with bright reflections.

The result is a liqueur with an initially sweet and enveloping taste, featuring a resinous base note that clearly reveals the flavour of pine nuts and evokes the characteristic scent of the Tuscan pine forests.

Ponce al Rhum is a true dive into Tuscan tradition. This ancient recipe calls for the blending of distilled rum, sugar, and natural aromas to create an intense and enveloping liqueur, perfect for cold winter evenings. Originating in the port city of Livorno, ponce is a symbol of Tuscan popular culture.
Morelli’s version respects tradition while adding a touch of modernity, making this historic drink suitable even for the most refined palates.

PRODUCTION METHOD
Continuously distilled white rum blended with sugar and natural aromas.
TASTE
Very aromatic and spicy, with a caramel aftertaste and hints of coffee and chocolate.
