APPEARANCE Cloudy and intense orange color with bright reflections.
PRODUCTION METHODThe oranges are peeled and their skins are macerated in alcohol for about 10 days; the result is an infusion that gives the product its color and flavor. The infusion is then mixed with water and sugar, and the Arancino is ready.

TASTE The orange flavor is very intense, pleasant to the nose and palate, very consistent in the mouth and persistent in its aroma. Even when drunk hot, the alcohol is not noticeable.
