Arancino Cream

Liqueur obtained by infusing orange peel and then mixing it with milk. The product consists of milk, cream, sugar, hydrated alcohol, sodium caseinate, glucose syrup, and flavorings.

Available in 20cl, 50cl, and 1L bottles.

AGING

APPEARANCE
Opaque orange in color, with an almost satin appearance, dense but with bright reflections.

PRODUCTION METHOD
The oranges are peeled and their skins are macerated in alcohol for 10 days, resulting in an infusion that gives the product its color and flavor. To complete the product, this infused liqueur is mixed with a preparation made from milk, sugar, glucose syrup, and flavorings.
