
Rhubarb Liqueur
A sweet liqueur, very similar to an amaro but much more pleasant and with a very intriguing flavor — a truly typical Italian specialty. It is a liqueur that has shaped the history of Italian distilling, also characterized by its composition based on an extract obtained from the maceration of a root called Rhaeum Officinale together with various aromatic herbs.

AGING
APPEARANCE Dark and opaque in colour, with coffee-like reflections. Colored with E150d, which is simply burnt sugar caramel, giving it a pleasant sweet aroma.

TASTE Very pleasant on the palate and on the nose, round and caramel-like. Bitter at first impact, but immediately sweet and pleasant with a subtle spicy note.
