Liqueur obtained by infusing lemon peels macerated in alcohol.
Available in 20cl and 50cl formats.
AGING
APPEARANCE Cloudy, intense yellow with bright reflections.
PRODUCTION METHODThe lemons are peeled and their skins are left to macerate in alcohol for about 10 days; this process produces an infusion that gives the product its colour and flavour. The infusion is then mixed with water, sugar, and natural aromas that stabilise both colour and aroma.

TASTE Very intense perception of lemon, pleasant on the nose and palate, full-bodied and persistent in its aromatic character. Even when served warm, the alcoholic component is not perceptible.
