
Pine Nut Liqueur
An expression of the territory, the Pine Nut Liqueur represents the union between one of the natural excellences found in the San Rossore Park and the historical excellence of Liquorificio Morelli, operating since 1911 in the Province of Pisa.
The production process of the pine nut liqueur begins with a one-week infusion in alcohol of finely chopped pine nuts from the Park.
During this period, the alcohol extracts the essential oils and resins contained in these precious seeds.
The maceration produces a full-strength infusion with an opalescent appearance, reflecting the unique nature of this product, to which water and sugar are then added.
Product available in 20cl and 50cl formats.
