China Vintage

A sweet liqueur, very similar to an amaro but much more pleasant and with an intriguing flavor; typically Italian, it is a liqueur that has made history in Italian liqueur-making, also characteristic for its quinine-based composition, being produced by macerating the bark of the cinchona tree, which contains healing properties for respiratory diseases.

AGING

APPEARANCE
Dark and opaque in color, with coffee-colored reflections. Colored with E 150 d, which is nothing more than burnt sugar caramel, giving it a pleasant sweet aroma.

Very pleasant on the palate and nose, round and caramel-like, bitter at first impact in the mouth but immediately sweet and pleasant with a veiled aroma of bitter and orange.
